Supplying good products is one thing, but I think that you can tell more about a business by how they deal with a problem. The shed was so much better built than those we saw at DIY chains but the water was getting in somehow. They came back to the site and applied sealant but it did not help. Back they came, without any hesitation. This time, they jacked up the shed onto rollers so they could get at all sides. They applied a second layer of roofing and left the shed on bearers as the water seemed to splash up from the pavings. The result was a completely dry shed.
